Problem with KM installation

Hi all,

I insallted KMC SP9 on WAS 6.40 SP9 and EP6 SP9. The installation went fine. There was no errors during installation.

But when I logon into portal/content administration and KM content it does not display the iView.

In the logs I found "com.sap.netweaver.bc.rf.moni has not been deployed". Do you know what could have gone wrong and a work around for this.
