Tax code creation

hi

I have to create new tax code for service tax having vendor liability 25 % & 75% our liability to the government & we have to use existing tax code GL So please help how to map this in sap

Hi,

Are you sure about your process?

But you can go for target tax code concept where transfer the real tax value from one tax code to anther specified tax code,Refer the below  links:

you may refer to SAP note 1736781 for service tax with abatement

hi ragini,

i think you will be having two service condition type  one posting to service tax payable ( this being negative condition ) and one posting to service tax credit.

just mention 100 % of service tax in front of service tax credit  and 75 % to service tax payable.
