how to reset or erase test incidents for go live?

Dear Colleagues,

I remember that there's a transaction to erase all testing messages to start from 8000000000 in my go live... is such transaction?

Or there's a way to reset this? I'm working in Productive environment! that's why I'm asking this kind of question...

One way could be to set all messages to confirmed status...

I'm in 7.1 SP4, any hint or suggestion will be really appreciated!!!

Hi ,

Goto SNUM t.code  -> object: CRM_INCDNT-> reset the number

I am not sure how to delete the message.

But what I need is to delete TEST messages ... IF THIS IS POSSIBLE... COURSE.

JB,

Goto SE38 -> CRM_ORDER_DELETE -> type doc. type you want to delete, e.g ZMIN and execute.

Voila! Just keep in mind ticket with status 'confirmed' can't be deleted.
