how to reset or erase test incidents for go live?


Dear Colleagues,

I remember that there's a transaction to erase all testing messages to start from 8000000000 in my go live... is such transaction?

Or there's a way to reset this? I'm working in Productive environment! that's why I'm asking this kind of question... 😔

One way could be to set all messages to confirmed status...

I'm in 7.1 SP4, any hint or suggestion will be really appreciated!!!
