Hundreds of LUW's in "Transaction recorded" status in SM58

Hi

I'm having a lot of LUW's transactions going to a BW system from a R/3 that have been sitting into "Transaction Recorded" status for a couple of days.

We have run the the program RSARFCEX and the same is not processing them. As a workaround provided the queue has been deregistered into SMQS and the program: RSARFCEX executed but the number of queues is not lowering as normally.

For how many days do you see the same entries in SM58 ?

Check with your BW team if these are for delta loads, these will get processed once the loads run. The BW team can trigger the pending loads if any.

The issue happened for a couple of days with a "performance" issue on the source system and some old tRFC's into the source and the BW system. Most of them were delta loads and were lost. A lot of manual workaround involved. The issue is now solved.

Can you check the value of the parameter rdisp/appc_ca_blk_no on the BW system .

Refer this SAP note Note 384971 - System parameters for high interface load

while adjusting the parameter value.
