Unable to rescreen BP numbers

We're trying to re-screen my existing partners against the SPL list

So under /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL in the "Sanctioned Party List Screening" screen under the "Logist." tab "Periodic Screening" section I'm trying to run

"Check Bus. Parnter Addresses (Dialog)"

I've tested this on a few BP numbers but we had a problem an I need to re run for the same range of BP numbers but when I enter that range I get a pop up

"Unable to select any data (see long text)"

long text just says no data could be selected with teh defined selection criteria.

But if I change the BP number range outside the original range leaving the rest of the settings the same I have no problems?????

Any Ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Business Parnter Tab

I did the original screening for BP range of 1 - 25000

I enter the Logical system group under the "External ID of Business Partner"

Sacntion Party List Tab

I enter the Legal Regulation as SPLUS

and the our data provider name for the Data Provider

I've also updated the list since the original run
