Check completeness for manual PSG

Greetings,

I would like to know if we can control the completeness of PSG which are manually added to a CO object as a settlement rule.

For instance, in my company, we create Internal orders to measure profitability for products we rent (of course, we also have sales orders for products we are selling).

We are settling these internal orders to COPA through a PSG. The settlement rule and the PSG are completed by the end user, upon creation of the Internal order. How can we create a check at this stage to make sure the end user does not forget to complete some key characteristics?

Hi ,

You can use tcode KEPA and change the status of Characteristic as mandatory and also you can USE KE4G -Assign Characteristic Groups for Assignment Screen TO BELOW Business transaction

KABK	Settlement account assignment
KABP	Plan Settlmnt Acc. Assignment
RFBU	FI: Postings

Dear Sylvain,

Use Tr Code KEPA to create Characteristis Group and make the fields you want as Mandatory and assign this to the relavent Business Transaction (i think it is KABK...not so sure though) in the transaction Code KE4G.
