LSO - Add to basket displaying inactive

Hi

My client has already implemented Training and Event Management. Now they want to upgrade to LSO. I have tested the tcodes PV7I and PV8I. All the information stored in ECC is being displayed in My Bookings. But the Add to Basket push button is displaying inactive (even after the LSO switch is activated).

Hence, not able to book any attendee to a Business Event. How to make the push button active (or is there any other way of booking an attendee through portal).

Please help.

PV7I and PV8I are not dependent on LSO activation. These are not LSO transactions.

Also, Add to Basket will be active if there are vacant seats for the user to book on that course.

Please check in PV7I for the resp. course whether there are free places (i.e. if it is red, add to basket will be inactive).

Thanks for your reply.

I was using PV7i and PV8i to book a course and to see past booking.

Seats are available as I have created the course newly and no booking happend yet. Also I have given minimum booking from 2 to maximum booking capacity upto 8.

Please let me know if for any other reason the tab is inactive.
