Display latest record in BEX query

Hello Experts,

How can I display the latest date in the Date field. How can this be achieved in Bex query?

Hi Imran,

Use the exception aggregation with the function last and reference charactersitic as date.

I think it has to work, In the reference characteristic which IO have you passed and did you select the last value in the exception aggregation drop down box.

Can u provide the layout of your report with some data in it .

This is resolved.

Full points alloted.

I had to apply the appending logic and made the change accordingly

pass vkont from zdm_header with condition erch - Belegdat < zdm_auto_details - ACTIVITY_DATE
and ACTPERIOD = '3000' or '4000' and SIMULATION = ''  and STORNODAT = ''
and retain latest record fetched for ENDRAPE
