Include Company code in Z Report

Hi Experts,  I am Developing a ZHR Report I am using logical database  PNP now my requirement is to put the company code in selection screen and also as a mandatory field. please help me.

this is my selection screen and to incorporate the company code in the selection screen ....

Hi,

Follow this step:

1)If u want to put company code in 2nd block,then find that block in standard program and

just write your code like s_co type or like pa0001-bukrs

or s_co for pa0001-bukrs(example) obligatory.

as per your requirement.

2)then add your logic in all the places where it is required....

Hi Sankar,

I can see a Company code field in the PNP LDB already(Field name PNPBUKRS).

Are you hiding it in your report?

Search for the field in the LDB Selections.

Hi sankar,

In your report attributes , once you mention LDB Name you will get the report category.
In that give your report category name or create a new report category.

in the report category leftside in  Allowable selection criteria

Check the check box for company code -> save .

Then you will get company code in your selection screen.

Go to se38

give your report name

select attributes

click on hr report category

create report category

in Allowable selection criteria you can give the fields which u want.

or you can copy standard category and make the changes.
