Where to enter equipment reading when maintenance order get generated


Hello Everyone,

I'm still at learning stage of SAP especially PM module, so please bear with me.

I have created (daily strategy) and under it I have defined (7 days package) means weekly.

I have created a maintenance task list and assigned the daily strategy to it, and I have added some operations in the task list with weekly frequency.

Then, I have made a maintenance plan, assigned the daily strategy to it, and assigned the maintenance task list list to it, plus added three equipments to (3 objects).

In our company, our plant maintenance department takes some reading of the equipments when performing this weekly maintenance like consumption, temperature, working hours.

When SAP generates the maintenance order, where can I enter these readings. What is the process?

I have defined some dummy measuring points for one of the equipments that I included in the maintenance plan (Diesel consumption) and marked it as a counter.

Where can I enter the value for this measuring point when the maintenance order for that equipment comes?
