SUP 2.1 ESD# 3 Upgradation Error

Hi,

I have installed SUP 2.1 runtime. I am getting following error while upgrading/migrating 2.1 ESD#3

Here the log

upgrade steps in the Loading Instructions section of the Cover Letter

for this upgrade.

This batch file will update Sybase Unwired Platform to 2.1.3.

Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1, 2.1.1 or 2.1.2 must already be installed.

Before proceeding with the update, make sure that all Sybase

Unwired Platform processes are shut down and that the existing

installation has been completely backed up. Also, shut down virus

scan or exclude the Sybase install tree from virus scanning.

Do you have a complete backup of the Sybase Unwired Platform installation?

Press Y (and Enter Key) to confirm that it has been backed up and to

proceed with installing the update. Press any other key to exit.y
