Getting error while deploying the BRM rule as web-service

Hi

I am trying to implement the Scenario in SAP PO 7.31 "Modeling Flow Rules using XSDs".

And I m successful to create that and successful to deploy it

but when i try to expose this rule as webservice and build it . then also i am successful but when i deploy this on SAP PO server I am getting error.

Description:
1. Could not deploy SCA application.
-> while trying to invoke the method commonj.sdo.Property.getType() of a null object loaded from local variable 's'"
