Hey there,

in the Release Notes of the new Version .Net Remoting is mentioned. Does anybody knows more about this topic? What can I do with this feature. I know a little bit about .NET Remoting but I don't know how this functionality can be used with the .Net Connector.

Any answer would be very helpfull.

This is nothing very exciting: We just made sure that all classes that form a proxy are serializable. This allows you to call your proxy via .NET Remoting and thus give you a chance to have a kind of "middleware" where the connector is running. We call this "double remoting", becauase you have two levels of "remote computer calls". This is not recommended, but some customers asked for it.

This connector very useful in Biztalk or middleware.
