Hi Experts,
Do we have any problem or t-code to see how many positions are vacat and how many are filled in the Organisation?
For vacant positions, you can check either s_ahr_61016509 (if you use infotype HRP1007 for vacant positions actively) - or s_ahr_61016503 where you also will see positions not filled by employees.

Ok, but it is asking for object id.....then i should maintain the position range or the number of object in the system.....but in se16...hrp1007 table it is not asking for anyposition id?
Evaluation path is that standard which can i use?

It is advisable that you give authorisation to the standard reports to the user instead of SE16 access.
SE16 can be used widely to view most of the tables in system. also it can be used to edit data.
With Standard report you can select the Object type O and maintain object id of root organisation unit. so that u can display entire organisation positions. Also u can save a variant which can be used by user in future.
Hi Ritesh,
So which t-code auth i can give it to user to see the empty and vacant position?

Hi Parveen,
Try the below Standard report.
S_AHR_61016492 - Staff Functions for Organizational Units
U can also use SE16 code and check HRP1007 table this will show the vacant positions in system.
Thanks
