Incident Management search Criteria using customizied t.code

Hi Expert,

I have configured cutomized Service desk like ZMIN /YMIN in Solman 7.1 SP05.

In ITSM workcenter CRM screen. I am not able to search particularily ZMIN or YMIN ticket.

How to customizied the CRM search Screen using t.code search.

Please help on it.
