Webi report version is different on multiple computers

Using different computers but using same login account, when WebI reports are refreshed in BI launchpad, some computers are showing an older version. After clearing the cache is cleared, correct version is shown but goes back to older version after logout login. We are using BOE 4 enterprise, even removed Java runtime to ensure everyone is running the same version.

If anyone has faced such issues, any help will be much appreciated. It appears like migration issue too.

    Hi,

    Actually BOE 4 supports java run time 1.9, i want to know which version of java you area using.

    If you not install 1.9 try to install 1.9 and try again.

    I think it resolve ur issue
