Inspection lot with status LTCA


I am receiving Inspection lots with status LTCA(Lot cancelled) , how the inspection lots will get cancelled and on what basis inspection lots wiill get cancelled? How should i clear these inspection lots with cancelled lots. KIndly solve

    In above Case I Think You are using 01 inspection Type, So If a GR is Made Movement Type (101) and in Material Master QM View Is Active for materiel & Plant Inspection Lot will get generated.Once If You Reverse(Cancel) The GR Movement Type (102),Inspection Lot will get Canceled Automatically,You Dont Need To Clear Those Lots,In QA32 in Status Profile Set as ZCANC, So this Lots Will not get appear.

      As I told Above itself,

      Inspection Type :01

      how is lot generated based Upon GR, So once if the GR Person Cancel The GR automatically Lot get Canceled So system status Changes to LTCA you Dont need To consider those Lots.

      It is Not Possible To avoid Because Once if a Forward Material Document GR Mov Type 101 Get Reversed Automatically Lot get Reversed.

      Inspection Type:04

      Once if the Production order Get Reversed Lot Get Cancelled

      Inspection Type:89

      choose Inspection lot - Functions -Cancel lot.

      Inspection Type:10

      Once if the OBD get Reversed Automatically lot gets cancelled

      Inspection Lot:14

      Cancellation of order,lot get canceled.
