Hi,

You have an option to enter the Goods receiving hours in Customer master general data under Unloading points tab. There you can mention about planned dispatch dates, with this you can create a zreport by creating ztable and zprograms with help of your ABAPers

Check and revert

Ritesh,

You do not normally create a 'dispatch schedule report' in SAP.  SAP has standard transactions that perform this business task.

In SAP, this is called a delivery due list.  The list is typically created via one of the VL10* series of transactions.  In this list, the system searches for all sales orders that need to be shipped 'soon' (you define how soon), which have stock available to ship.  SAP then automatically creates deliveries against these sales orders.  'Deliveries' are the term used by SAP for the documents that the shipping department uses to authorize and manage the process of shipping an order to the customer.

If you wish to accommodate the duration of time it takes from when the parts become available in stock, to the time it takes to arrive at the customer's doorstep, you would implement Transportation and Delivery Scheduling

Speak to your local SD expert, who will fill you in on the details of this process.
