SP5: Error while calling Diagnostics setup web service

Dear all,

has somebody an idea how to solve the following error (I get this error during the System Preparation: 4.4 Set Authentication Policy for Agents):

CX_SOAP_CORE : Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: <no error message available>: ("Operation "getAgentConnectionCertificateInfo{urn:SMDAgentMonitoringWsd/SMDAgentMonitoringVi/doc}" not supported (interface: "CO_DIAGSTP_WS_AGT_SMDAGENT_MON" binding key: "0050560C0AC31EE196A9AEB1F4511DE3")")

Hi,

are you using ssl authendication for smd agents?

because error giving something related to  certification

check the sap note 1368413 - Inst. 7.20/7.12 - Diagnostics Agent installation solution stated under

the symptom "The Diagnostics Agent cannot connect to Solution Manager with P4S or Message server/P4S. The SSL libraries are not installed with SAPInst."
