Workmode in context are not displayed

Hi Experts,

The requirement is to have the workmode(Ready/Not Ready radio buttons) available in the Interaction Center. If i understand it correctly, it should have been available as a part of standard. For our system, it is not. I checked the Context area profile for the business role and i could see an entry for the ICCMP_WORKMODE which should have listed the radio buttons for selection.

Please share your inputs if i am missing any thing or if there are any pre-requisite to have them on the interaction center.
