Problems with dynamic prising

Hi all,

We are using WCEM 1.0 and having problems with displaying dynamic prices (list prices is ok). The problem is that is always shows 0 (I can not see any error messages). I have tried to flag the enable price analysis but I am not able to find the analysis from the web channel preview. I have in the application entered the pricing procedyre which we want to use and also the correct source for gross value. If I manuelly create the same order type in backend the correct pricing is done correctly. We use java cart. Any suggestions?

Hello Camila,

You can do the below checking,

1. Check the log file and see whether it is giving any useful information.

2. Check the sales org/division/dist channel/doc.pric.proc/customer.pric.proc all are correctly getting picked up in WCEM.

3. Check any specific pricing relevant attributes are not getting in webchannel.

4. Try to do a restart of WAS and see whether the pricing analysis in webchannel  is showing something

How can I carry through 1 and 2? Where do I find the log files?How can I check 2 if I do not get 4 to work or is this related?

And if possible do the WAS(J2EE server) restart, this will make sure all your settings are updated in the system.

I think in webchannel builder you can specify the salearea against the shop id.(Not sure have to check)

Hi Shanto,

the help link I have allready checked and also that the sale org in Web Channel is correct. The priceing analysis was not shown even after a restart. I will check if the log file says me some more.
