SAP Solution manager - Connecting to db to use Crystal Reports

Hello SAP Community,

I have recently come across and issue which i need your help in overcoming.

The client i work for is using SAP Soultion Manager as the ticketing tool and i need to create crystal reports to interrogate the data.

I have found that i cannot connect directly to the database so i am asking you the community what options do i have.

I would like to Crystal Reports 8.

Hello Anmol,

I'm not sure you can do that from the SolMan system. But what you can do is install Crystal Reports on the system where you want to get the data and work locally there.
