Hi All,
We have 2 worklist. first displays the Executables items available in SAP inbox and the second displays the messages from SAPoffice Documents.
Both the messages we are forwarding to external email address also which is working fine
for the executables we are using Report RSWUWFML2 and for the second (Documents messages) we have done the configuration in SO16 transaction.
the first one is working fine but for the second one (Documents messages), if we have maintained the email address in user management (SU1) then it is ONLY sending the message to email, it is not coming in SAP inbox document and hence in our worklist. but for all the users who has not their email ids maintained in SU1, it is coming in SAP inbox document.
means : Either the notification coming in Email or SAP inbox document, not in both.
We want to have the notification in SAP inbox document and also in Email.
Please help.
Thanks
Arvind
Hello,
If you have set in SO16 "Send to Home Addresses of Users" then that is what it will do.
I don't know a way of sending it to both SAP inbox and the email address; this is possibly because there are very few people who like receiving the same email twice. What is the point of that? Are you sure that's what your users want?

Hello,
You should ask one of your users: "Do you want to receive the same email twice?" Let me know what they say.
It can be done. Everything is possible. But is it sensible?
What you could do is change the SO16 settings so that emails are not forwarded to external addresses, and then add an extra step in the workflow to deduce the external address from SU01D and send a copy of the same email to that external address. Be careful though as changing SO16 affects all workflows.
