Error when Save Survey From Mail Form

Dear Expert,

I have a questionnaire that i have defined through the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and have assigned the questionnaire as hyperlink in Mail Form and in this Questionnaire have the push button of " SAVE" and " RESET".

I have an issue when i push button save, then it will be appears an error :

  • The following error text was processed in the system:
    BSP exception: Access to URL /sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/Survey.htm%0d%0a is forbidden

Please suggest what needs to be done to resolve this error.

    Hi Rhesa,

    Can you check, at SICF t-code, if you have the respective service (crm_svy_server) activated?

    The path should be:

    default_host » sap » bc » bsp » sap » crm_svy_server

      Hello Garcia,

      Thanks for your reply. I have activated for that service also (

      crm_svy_server).


      The survey acctualy has been working, but only when i would like to save the survey, the error will be appears.
