Offline Approval for Confirmation

Hi

We are on SRM 7.01 . We have  a offline approval functionality for Confirmation . Outbound mails from SOST and inbound to SOIN is working fine. On click of action approve inbound is going to SOIN . but the confirmation status is not chnging from awaiting approval to approved.

IF i am am doing online approval from Portal then its working fine , status of confirmation is changing to approved status. Any pointers to this issue.

In SO50 transaction, a exit is linked to the inbound mail ID.

You can put a breakpoint in the Exit and see the why the inbound parameters are not passing to application.
