0SVY_DATA_1 - Extraction issues

Hi Team,

We are extracting survey Analysis Data from CRM System using the Data source (0SVY_DATA_1 ), the issue is :

RSA3 in CRM system : When checking the extractor with full mode it returns 453 records.

Info package Load in BW: When doing a full load only 253 records are being fetched.

We analyzed and found one COUNTTYPE = "ANSR" is being filtered out while coming to BW.

Need your expert advice to help to understand the above situation.

We solved it. Extractor-User needs CRM_SVY authorisations. Came with note 1480248.

Experts,

We are in 7.0 Flow ,

- There has been no routines or filters in data selection of the action infopackage.

- Issue is happening in the PSA layer where records are being filtered, hence No role of transformations as of now.

Additionally the SM37 extraction job is also showing 253 records being fetched and transferred to BW system, however while checking in RSA3 it shows 453 records itself.

My question is : why there is difference in RSA3 extractions and PSA layer of BW when data is FULL load and without any selections.

Hi Karan;

we are facing the same issue, RSA3 extracting data with counttype 'ANSR' but in bw extraction is not extracting the data (i am looking at the PSA level).

please share with us if you find the solution.

we also have an open OSS message with SAP to look into the issue.

Forgot to mention there is no info package selections already checked.

Secondly, Transformations are into affect after the info package load.

Hi Karan,

U are in BI flow.

So u checked the data in PSA.right ?

At the PSA,

Increase the no.of records to 10000.

Hi Karan ,

First check to verify that if the records are getting filtered at the Info Package/PSA level or going forward to the data targets level .

If the records are getting filtered at IP level then make sure that there is no selection/ Peri routines written in Data selection Tab .

If everything upto PSA is fine then you need to check the start/End rotuines in the  Transformation properly .

Check and update accordingly Later .

Hi  Karan,

Check is there any selection maintained in the Infopackage data selection screen.check is there any routine in the Infopackage.

Check in the start routine.and other routines.
