Issue with Membership card in Loyalty management

Hi,

We are trying to up the Loyalty management system. We are able to create memberships ID's. But the membership cards are not getting created.

When we click on New in the Membership card, the webui page is in Display mode. Its not allowing us to enter any information in Membership card creation page.

Am i missing anything in the customizing.

Also, please let me know what standard status profile we will use for Membership card creation.

Dear Yaswanth,

This problem may be linked with incorrect configuration of card attributes. You should check spro -> CRM-> Marketing ->LM -> Memberships -> Define membership Card Types, Layouts and Status.

Check customer attributes for your card type. Are they correctly configured? I had similar issue which was causing by incorrect configuration of attributes. Hope it helps.
