Batch Determination For Production Order

Hi

I have got a question relating to batch determination for production order. Currently we have set one up whereby when we perform batch determination for a selected material the systems is able to retrieve all the stock in sorted order ( sorting characteristics ) . However under the batch selection screen I am noticing that the special stock indicator is not populated, in which this is what we neeed. The batch spilt under strategy type and also under trax OPKP, has been setup however we are not seeing the special stock.

Appreciate some feedback.

Dear,

Special stock indicator will be there if your stock is having it like consignment stock K, Subcontracting O, Customer stock E, Project Stock Q.

Hi Rupesh,

Yes we have K stock for the inventory , this is visible via mmbe, when the batch determination is perform, all the stocks from the mmbe list appearing in the batch selection screen, however the special stock indicator is not appearing.

Dear,

In batch determination you have to run a stock determination otherwise you will not get the special stock indicator K in selection result.

OSPX Define priority Example

S         Storage location        Priority

F                  0001                    1

F                  0002                    2

K                 0001                    3

K                 0002                    4

OPJ2 Assign a stock determination rule to order t type for which you want to allow automatic stock determination active BD

Assign the stock determination group to the required materials in the MRP 2 or Plant data/storage 2 screen of the material master record.

Please try this with new order and come back
