    Hi,

Asset Transaction type 122 indicates "Goods receipt from affiliated company (net)", while Asset Transaction type 120 indicates "Goods receipt". These are governed by the configuration settings under SPRO-Financial Accounting-Asset Accounting-Transactions- Specify Default Transaction Types

In your case as the default transaction type is 122, I would like to ask you - Is the vendor an Affiliated Company? to check if the right transaction type has been picked in the first place.

Also can you please check the Depreciation area configuration settings. Oss note "1650919 - AAPO177 in MR8M due to wrong configuration of depreciation area in OAYA" talks about this error. However, not in case of MIGO but only in case of MR8M.

Still, please check the below content from the note in your system.

    Cause

In transaction OAYA the asset transaction type is restricted to depreciation areas and the parameter 'always post' is NOT set in a depreciation area.

    Resolution

    1. In transaction OAYA check the restricted depreciation area for the transaction type mentioned in the error.
    2. Check the field 'always post' for the depreciation area checked in the previous step.

    Let me know if useful.

Thank you for your detailed reply, the vendor is NOT an affilated company I don't know how it finds the transaction typ 122.

I checked OAYA previously and saw that the situation for 122 was not all of the depr areas were stated here, and for the entries only the display for selection box was checked. So I removed all the entries here to get rid of any restrictions. When my request is transfered I will see if it works or not.

The problem is solved by removing all the entries for transaction type 122 in OAYA. Thanks for the help.
