Why enhancement project of customer exit has yellow sign?

Use t-code CMOD display Components, I can see one of  our customer exit project has yellow sign. What does the yellow sign mean?

what happens when you deactivate and activate the project? Does the yellow icon go away?

I am also facing the same issue . is it because that I am not using the include CI_ESSRDB which is part of the enhancement SRVEUSCR. I am deactivating and activating multiple times. Still same issue. thanks in advance.
