Page not found while previewing the iview

Hi,

I have an URL iview in portal. while previewing it, it throws "The requested resource /irj/<application name>/<filename.jsp> is not available". This is in development environment. But when i preview the same in IT environment it comes up with the <filename.jsp> page.

Can anyone guide me in fixing this issue.

Regards,

Lakshmi

What are you calling in the URL iview, a link to an application??

if the url points to any web app, Check if the application is correctly deployed, and the index page is defined properly in the web.xml file.

    Hi Lakshmi,

If the application is JSP application. Then use Km Doc iview instead of URL iview and upload the JSP into KM content and provide path of the document in property "path to document" in KM document iview.

    Thanks,

    Santosh.
