Seeburger module Issue

Hello Everyone,

We recently installed Seeburger Generic EDI, and configured a communication channel with File adapter and using seeburger modules(classifier, bic, and splitter). Encountering error as

"Error: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: BICMODULE:Adapter call failed. Reason: Classifier result not available but mappingName set to AUTO. AUTO setting requires classifier!"

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Habib

I believe you are talking about sender file adapter.

Whether your module sequence begins with classifier first and then bic?

Have you configured the required parameters for classifier module, which would be then used by bic.

May be you can share the screenshot of your module configuration to get some idea.

as seen from error message, try to specify mapping name related to your transmission no. , you will find it in seeburger folder with for X2E or E2X.

    or

you can set the classifier for your transmission, if you set mapping name AUTO it will use classifier ...

    Hi,

The error could be beccause of Classifier module is not configured in order or having some error. Please check your classifier module configuration in channel.
