WebDAV: Locked Files

Have a Local CM Repository (content resides on Portal).

I can edit files within the Portal ... using the "Edit Online" function, I can also "Edit Locally" ... that brings up MS Word, do my changes, then check-in the file. All works.

Problem is with setting up Macromedia Dreamweaver, I want to use this program to edit the files on the repository. I don't want to use MS Word. So, I setup a WebDAV connection in Dreamweaver, get a successful connection, I check-out any HTML file, do my changes with Dreamweaver, check-in the file ... ERROR. Tells me the file is locked, that I can't publish the file. I checked-out the file, I should be able to check back the file.

Anybody else encounter this same problem? If not, any other applications you are using to edit content?
