Service desk(Problem with CRM_DNO_MONITOR)

Hi,

I have configured service desk in Solman.I have created 35 users in solman. For some users CRM_DNO_MONITOR is working fine.But for some users, it's showing blank screen. Is this any authorization problem or something else.

Kindly reply me as soon as possible.

    Have you maintained org. structure? Are users that can't see messages assigned to your org. structure?
