Hi Gurus ,

My requirement is if the 'actual amount' (saved in coep table)  greater than than budget amount it will give error message. But the problem is that  the actual amount is saving in the table  from so many FI related t.codes. It is very dificult to do enhancement in every t.codes. Is there any badi , exit or function module or bapi  or any other way to restrict the alloted amount always less than budggeted amount. I need your suggestion.

Hi Sandipan,

if you are talking about budgeting of orders or WBS elements, you can use availability control to control the budget. I would not go the 'long way' of doing an enhancement. Or why does availability control not work for you?

Best regards
