We are frequently facing this issue after evry 20 minutes "Cannot find the service name - or you do not have the rights to view this service"

In BO Dashboards whenever we open the Dashboards or the BI Workspace, all the dashboards load correctly and work fine for 20 minutes. Exactly after 20 minutes we get the error "Cannot find the service name - or you do not have the rights to view this service" .

We are using web service connections(QAAWS) in our Dashboards and our source is Bex Query. Our Xcelsius is 2011 version and BI platform 4.0 SP2 Patch 12.

We are always facing this issue after 20 minutes and after that if we log off and relogin again, the Dashboards works fine for another 20 minutes and again errors out.I am logging in as administrator who has complete rights.

This issue happens with all the end users very frequently.

Kindly suggest us the solution/steps to increase the time from 20 minutes to higher value/ to get rid of this issue.

Also strangely these days we found that at times the same error occurs within first 60 seconds of opening the Workspace/Dashboards.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue at the earliest.
