Rule based ATP check - Error 'The ATP rules are not called up for item 000010'

Hi Guru,

I setup a very basic rule based GATP check have location substitution rule, but when I called the GATP check for my sales order in ECC, it pop up below message, I confirmed the message and it will go to 'APO availbility check : Delivery proposal (sales order)' screen, but I can see my rule has been selected, but I can't see any result overview or anything in 'schedule line overview'.

is there any configuration or master data missing?

Much apprecaite,

message:

The ATP rules are not called up for item 000010

Message no. /SAPAPO/ATP147

Diagnosis

It is configured in ATP Customizing that the ATP rules should be called for the specified order item in the "Rules (immediately)" mode. The calling application does not however permit this call.

If the calling application is, for example, the R/3 sales order, this happens for order items that have already been delivered.

rule:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

1. Only maintained a 'location determination procedure' in the rule,

Plant A

Plant B

Plant C

2. No consolidate location.

3. Delivery plant in sales order is Plant A.

4. Have enough stock in Plant

    Hi,

Error Message no. /SAPAPO/ATP147 can be caused by lots of reasons e.g. product selection, subitem, order has been delivered, user exits, etc.. Message no. /SAPAPO/ATP14 only gives

general information but not the root cause. Usually the reason for this error message is case by case.
