Our Solman Version is SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1.
We have 2 systems for which we configured EWA alerts in Solman_workcentre.
We have been receiving email alerts for both for the past 2 months.
For the last week, we only received 1 report via email not the other.
For the satellite system with the missing report, in SDCCN, I can see the session generated and completed as normal.
In Solman_workcentre under reports, I can see this missing report in HTML format. This confirms all went fine for the report in question
When it comes to report being sent via email, only 1 got hit. I can only see 1 entry in SOST.
Note there is no problem with the way emails are being sent. SCOT settings and the concerning RSCONN* job all are fine so we can rule this out.
Do we know which process in SAP handles the generated report to be sent to the SAPconnect subsystem for furthering the EWA emailing.
Any thoughts please.
