What customizing possibilities do I have for Job Documentation in Solution Manager

Hello all,

We are trying to get rid of our ancient Excel based job documentation and want to implement the job documentation in Solution Manager 7.1, SP5. I found already some guides and also very useful information in the SCN, but still there are several questions:

Is there a possibility to further customize the job documentation web dynpro without modification? The only possibility that I coud find, is to influence the visibility of single tabs.

1. Can I influence the visibility of single fields or sub tabs like the different tabs in the "Error"-tab?

2. Where can I restrict the number of status values?

3. How can I add default values for the print parameters?

Thank you very much in advance for your answer!

Alexandra

    Hi Alexandra,

Unfortunately that seems not to be possible, we also tried to customize template without additional development around it and not too much luck. The only possibility seems to the one described in http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000744152&_OBJECT=011000358700000822512012D& and authorization restrictions.
