Working as SAP BODS consultant , is it possible to switch to BI ?

Hello

Myself working as a BODS consultant and as a Data migration consultant for the last couple of years. I would like to switch my career as BI consultant, as I am having basic knowledge in Data Archiving, ABAP, SAP modules like MM, FI, SD , Opentext and also interested in BI.

Is it possible for me to switch to BI if I am doing a course in BI ?

I read that BO is part of BI course as well. So will that be considered as a domain experience in BI?

Hi Niveditha,

The portfolio of BO is so synonymous with BI that it is often used as a substitute in practical. You can able to start with the BI with the help of ADM material or through course. Why not ? It is also like other modules.

As you already know the BO it is easy for you to understand the same in BI.
