Segment Builder in Ehp1

Hi, CRM Experts!

After upgrade to Ehp1 we faced the problem in Segment Builder. Graphical Modeler starts an old version of Segment Builder like before upgrade.

We’ve already installed latest version of Java, Flash player. Internet Explorer has version 7.0.5730.13.

Does any one know how to resolve this issue?

Any assistance will be helpful.

Hi Ksenia,

Make sure you have activated business function CRM_MKT_HVS (High-Volume Marketing) in SFW5.

This will acitvate Flex UI for segmentation. Be careful before activation as once done it cannot be

rolled back.Hope this information helps you.

Thank you for reply. I checked business function CRM_MKT_HVS (High-Volume Marketing) in SFW5 - I can't activate it. When I pushed the button "Activate Changes", SAP wrote "No activation necessary".

Here I see "help":

For this businss function, there are possibly dependencies or

requirements that do not yet allow activation of the business function.

If you need to carry out additional activities, you will find more

information in the documentation on the business function. .

Basis specialist could activate business function. Segmentation Builder works now. Thank you!
