Hi Experts,
We have an issue, while executing the CK11N system is not calculating the overhead % rate and that to it's showing different cost sheet it valuation tab. We have assigned the cost sheet in valuation variant in OKKN and we find an error message no KQ446, in cost component structure while assigning company code, plant, costing variant and cost component structure.
We have gone through the SCN forum and we didn't find the any solution.
Thanks in advance,
Thanks & regards,
Dhananjay.
Hi Dhananjay,
First you have to check the Overhead calucation dependeny d020 or do10. D020 is for plant level OH calculation and D010 is for Material level (Overhead key) OH calculation. If you are using D010 dependency, then please check in material master, costing1 tab. OH group assigned or not. Also please check in OKKN. Costing sheet are assigned or not in Overhead tab in OKKN.
Also check the OKTZ (Cost component structure), Company code and plant level organization structure have maintained or not.

Hi Dhananjay,
Step1
Configure cost component" in OKTZ and assign the "cost component" to the company in folder "Assignment: Organiz. Units - Cost Component Struct" in OKTZ.
comp code plant costing variant cost component structure
0001 ++++ +++++ 01
Step2
Costing Variant is create in OKKN and assignemtn of "cost component" to company code in tab "Assignment".
Step3
Also you can assign a plant to the Valuation Variant.

Hi,
Pls check in costing sheet the rule you defined for calculating overhead percentage i..e your material overhead to be calculated on which row, if it is material then you need to put "10" in From column, same rule applies for other overheads. If you have not put any "Row Number" under "From" column then overheads will not get calculated.
Also check all your OKTZ & OKKN settings i.e. costing sheet wherein all overheads defined is attached in valuation variant under the overhead tab. Overhead cost elements defined in costing sheet should be the same as defined in cost component structure.

Varsha
Hi Dhananjay,
A) Assign compnany codt to cost component structure.
Company code Plant Costing variant Cost comp structure
0001 (e.g.) ++++ ++++ 01 (e.g.)
B) Activiate your cost component structure.
Note
Check your valuation variant whether right costing sheet attached or not.
Assign Overhead ket to your material master in orde to charge Overhead.

Hi Dhananjay,
I suppose you are talking about organizational unit assignment in cost component structure (Transaction OKTZ). If so, I have typically seen plant and costing variant entries masked (characters ++++) and only company code is specifically mentioned. Try the entry with the company code in question -
Company code Plant Costing variant Cost comp structure
0001 (e.g.) ++++ ++++ 01 (e.g.)
Replace the company code and cost component structure with the values you have in above example. Activate cost comp structure and save. Let us know whether it works after this update.
If you already have the entry this way, then review the details you see in 'Costing data' and 'Valaution' tab of ck11n output.
