Screen Modification in SAP HR

Dear Experts,

Plz guide in which Infotype I can do screen modifications for the below requirement.

1 .  Strength of Employee

2.   Weakness of Employee

3. Languages Known (Multiple) :- In Languages known client wants to maintain multiple language , having option to chose Read , Write & speak for each language.

4. Reference (Other than your relatives)

5. Extra-Curricular Activities

Need your kind assistance.

If you don't get everthing you need from one infotype, you could always create a customer infotype or extend a SAP standard infotype.
