CSV Export Error

Hi everybody,

when i try to export a document as CSV with charset WESTER (windows 1252) i recive a error .CP1252(Error: INF)

The System is BO 4 SP4 incl. FP3.

Can everybody help me?

where are you trying to export the document from? Rich Client, DHTML viewer, other?
