allow multiple responses per company

Dear experts,

I am trying to asses the following:

I have 2 or more contact persons created for one supplier.

By checking the "allow multiple responses per company" checkbox in the rfx can two or more contact persons submit bids for one item?

Yes. It's possbile to bid by 2 or more contact persons of supplier.

Yes. 2 contact persons can respond to RFx that of one item.

Yes, In my view it is same as submitting multiple bids by a one contact person.

When you flag the all multiple responses for a company, contact persons can re bid without any issues.

Also, test this scenario once you will be more clear with the standard systme behaviour.

Unfortunately i don't have a system to test this hands on. My contacts persons in actual will be different service providers bidding indep. Effectively, my supplier is not bidding directly but his contractors/service providers. Hence, i don't want re bids. I want separate bids from each contact person.

Is this possible?
