Active X controls- SAP CRM Web UI

Hi Folks,

I am not able to view Graphical tool under BP Segmentation & any graphical chart in SAP CRM Web UI - message i am getting is : ActiveX Controls not permitting / You do not have permitted Active X controls.

Please let me know what setting should i do to view Grahical Charts/Graphical tool of BP Segmentation etc

Hello Sri,

For accessing Graphical chart you have to enable ActiveX controls in browser.

For Example in Internet Explorer:-

Goto Tools - > Internet Options - > Security -> Custom level -> Active X controllers -> Enable.
