Where to change data about CEO in SAP system..

Hello,

I already tried using google to find how to change/edit CEO name/surname of host company but I am getting some different results than expected so I would like to know where can I change this data. For example if in my company one CEO leaves and soon arrives a new one where can I change this info.

Example: Old CEO Jack leaves the company and new CEO MIchael arrives, where do I change this data in SAP?

Hi Sam,

What was the "different results than expected" that you got? There might be authorizations in place that prevent you from accessing this position or employee and therefore you cannot perform the leaving and hiring actions.

Basically, if Michaael leaves then you need to do a Leaving action in PA30 for infotype 0000 (Actions). Then you do a hiring action for Jack in PA30 for infotype 0000. Both of these actions can be future dated so that you don't have to do the action on the day that Michael leaves/Jack joins.
