Display property information of caller

Dear experts,

Is it possible for SAP CRM to show all the property information related to a caller, once the account is confirmed?

These property information resides in SAP ECC. It could be properties they have bought, or properties they are leasing.

I'd like to display these information in interaction record screen, or any follow up transaction screen.

Any advice is appreciated.

    In Interaction Center you can use fact sheet functionality to bring all the information about the caller you need.
