Not able to access NWA

Hello all,

I have installed NW 7.30 and the system is running but when try to access NWA I cannot. I can see the following exception:

Web application NWA cannot be started. The error is:

com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.server.exceptions.WebDeploymentException: error in starting application

Anyone know what can be the problem?

Hello Barak,

Can you please provide more details about the stacktrace? Please, copy the whole stack from the

server defaulttrace so that I can see the exception details.

Thank you for your answer. Here you are:

Web application [nwa] cannot be started. The error is:

com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.server.exceptions.WebDeploymentException: Error in starting application [sap.com/tc~lm~webadmin~mainframe~persist~ear].

at com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.server.deploy.StartAction.prepareStart(StartAction.java:227)

Hello Barak,

Below this lines there should be a "caused by" with the cause of the exception.

Anyway I saw similar errors several times and they are caused by inconsistencies in the system.

The way to solve this normally is by applying latest patches of SERVERCORE and ENGINEAPI components, can you please try this?

In case the problem remains, please, provide the whole stacktrace.
