Dear Experts

My Client is having following requirement, please help me to resolve the below requirement:

After a training program is attended, we have to “follow-up” the course in SAP to mark the attendance and completion of the course by the participants. Currently, there is no functionality where we can enter the number of days or mark the attendance of the participants day-wise. Hence, say if a program is for 3 days, and an employee attends only 1 day, if we mark him present then all 3 days will be included in his mandays count and if we mark him absent then 0 days will be included in his mandays count.

We want a functionality wherein we can mark the attendance of each and every day of the training program.

Hello Sheetal,

If relevant in your case, you could propose to create this course not as a simple course but as a curriculum (EC object). Then, each day of the course would be a course (E object) and could be followed-up individually (e.g. day one = present, day two = absent,...).

If this requirement is only for some specific courses, this could be a solution. If they want this for all courses, or if they want to record attendance per hour (e.g. learner attended 6 hours out of 8), this will probably not help.
